FlexJet Carpentry Shop Dust Collection System & Paint Booth relocation-Sanford, FL Scope of Work:
Scope: Provide a Dust Collection system design in support of a new carpentry shop for a Tenant Improvement for Marine Vessel(Boat) Interiors. Provide intake and exhaust duct for a relocated Paint Booth.
Description: Working with end users, vendors, and installing contractors we designed a high-pressure wood dust collection system for a Custom Interiors Carpenter shop. Fine woodworking dust(saw dust) was conveyed from automatic or integrated woodworking machines and manual dust removal equipment. We performed analysis of fire risk, conflagration vents, and specification of fire and smoke detection/suppression system apparatus in high velocity, high pressure duct to a bagged Dust Collection Machine. Provided Compressed Air piping and system design for Carpenter Shop woodworking tools and equipment. Also provided make-up air and exhaust duct design for a previously installed/relocated Paint Spray Booth.
